What's Happening at DCHS?

Big news for our yearbook team!
At the end of the 2024–2025 school year, we applied for a grant to help us transition from using cell phones to professional camera equipment—and RC&D made it happen!
Thanks to their support, our team now has 6 brand-new camera kits, a sports lens, a charging station, and a locked cabinet to keep everything secure.
We also want to give a huge thank you to Senator Donnie Chesteen, Representative Steve Clouse, and the rest of the Wiregrass legislative delegation for making funding like this possible through their continued support of Wiregrass RC&D programs.
Because of this grant, we can continue capturing every memory, every smile, and every moment that makes Dale County High School special.
We have exciting news regarding the DCHS Yearbook Staff. Our Jostens representative, Tyler, visited today to recognize the yearbook sponsors and staff for earning the Gold Level of the National Yearbook Program of Excellence.
This is a remarkable accomplishment, as very few programs ever reach this status. Out of Tyler’s 115 schools, only two earned this distinction last year.
Way to go.....Warriors!!!
