This is my fifth year teaching at Dale County High School!

2013 : Football Assistant Coach

2014 - 2018 : History Teacher

2018 : Physical Education

This is my 6th year at Dale County High School and first year as the Physical Education teacher. I grew up in Ariton, Alabama and graduated from Ariton High School in 2008. While there, I participated in several different activities. Football, basketball and baseball was where most of my time was spent. I also participated in Student Government and was the SGA President. After high school, I attended Troy University where I earned my bachelor's degree in Social Science. In college I was very involved on campus. I was a member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity and held several roles on campus, one of them being an IMPACT Leader for Troy's orientation program in the summer of 2011 and being the IMPACT parent director in the summer of 2012. In July of 2017 I married my amazing wife Sydney. We have been blessed with a beautiful newborn baby boy, Rhett, who arrived on April 4, 2018. This will also be my fourth year as the head coach for the boys' varsity basketball program. Also, I am an assistant coach with the football program. I enjoy anything outdoors and I am a huge Troy Trojans fan. Go Trojans and Go DCHS Warriors!
