I am so excited to begin my third year in the Dale County School System!
I grew up in Dothan, Alabama where I graduated from Northview High School. After graduation, I pursued a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and graduated from The University of Alabama. ROLL TIDE! After finishing my Bachelors degree, I continued to pursue a Masters degree in Secondary Collaborative Education. This is my sixth year in education and I am excited to be at Dale County High School. On top of teaching special education, I am also the Varsity Cheerleading Coach. I enjoy the time I spend with our student-athletes and enjoy cheering on our Warriors!!
I am married to James Edmonds, who also teaches and coaches at Dale County High School. We have a five-year-old son, Rhett and a 2-year-old son, Rush. Coaching athletes and chasing our son keeps us busy, but we wouldn't have it any other way!
